Alpha v4 released!

Oh yes, more stuff has been added to this mod, there's several new weapons such as the mighty phil swift head, more enemies can be flex sealed, you can now find scrap metal which later can be crafted into something once you have enough materials, and tweaks and small changes to weapons.
